Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Tesia Muniz combines deep local roots with an exceptional professional background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M San Antonio. For over 11 years, Tesia has excelled in the financial accounting industry, where she currently serves as Accounting Supervisor. In this role, she manages audits, financial planning, compliance, reporting, and provides leadership to her team while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, ethics, and service.
Her transition into real estate sales is fueled by the same attention to detail, strong communication, and client-first mindset that define her accounting career. Whether helping first-time buyers, growing families, or investors, Tesia approaches each transaction with precision, patience, and passion.
Outside of work, Tesia is a proud mother of two. She enjoys singing, playing guitar, exercising, and supporting her children’s school activities. Her vision is to build a legacy of success as a Realtor®, eventually lead her own brokerage, and continue to help San Antonians and surrounding communities thrive—one home at a time.
